Clarence, NY- The Brothers of Mercy Senior Apartments has a new name –Trier Woods Apartments.
The Brothers of Mercy Campus has undergone huge growth and expansion over the past several years, with the addition of the Montabaur Heights all-inclusive independent living apartments and the new Sacred Heart Home which has 96 rooms for Memory Care and Assisted Living. The new name for the low-to-moderate income independent living senior apartments derives from a city in Germany – Trier – from where the Brothers of Mercy originated over 150 years ago. “Woods” was added to the name to reflect the wooded area of the campus where the apartments are located.
Trier Woods still offers the same low monthly rents and amenities as before. With rent as low as $600.00 a month residents can enjoy the comfort and privacy of home without the expense, worry or work of homeownership. All utilities are included as well as internet. The monthly Enrichment calendar also allows residents to be active and social throughout the year. In addition, as part of the Brothers of Mercy campus residents receive preference to Brothers skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living care facilities too.
