CLARENCE, N.Y. – Melissa Feider has joined the Brothers of Mercy as Chief Human Resource Officer overseeing a workforce of 600 people.
Melissa served as CHRO at the Weinberg Campus most recently after having spent over 18 years at Kaleida Health where she was Human Resource Manager of Long Term Care.
During her tenure at both Weinberg and Kaleida, Melissa partnered with leadership to proactively coordinate strategic human resources activities to provide the company with the best people talent available, addressed HR challenges, investigated and managed conflict, developed and implemented corporate policies for increased efficiency and delivered training.
Melissa is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has three children, and lives with her husband and children in Alden, NY.
