Outpatient Therapy Clinic Client of the Month: Bill Jagiello, a U.S. Navy Veteran

How did you hear about our clinic?
My friend came first and said how good you were, so I thought I would try it here too.

What made you choose Brothers of Mercy for therapy?
The rehab I’ve been to in the past, I didn’t feel like I got a lot accomplished. I was looking for a clinic that provided individual attention because it makes all the difference. I’m willing to drive farther from home to have the kind of treatment that I want and need (Bill drives approximately 40 minutes from Hamburg for physical therapy twice a week).

Have you ever needed therapy services in the past? If yes, how has your experience been different at this clinic?
At this clinic, there is more individual attention and I can see the difference. At other clinics, the therapists are focused on their computers and not on your form. It wasn’t fulfilling. Here, everyone is so positive and I really feel worked. I have a sense of accomplishment when I leave.

What advice would you give to someone who is unsure about starting a therapy program? You have to take the time and put in the effort to take care of yourself. Staying active is key and so is having the right frame of mind.

How would you sum up your overall impression of the clinic’s atmosphere, the quality of therapy services you have received and the expertise of the staff?
It’s a great atmosphere. I see that everyone here is a dedicated professional. The staff have great knowledge and are insightful to helping people get to where they want to be. Everyone is treated with respect. I feel positive in coming here.
