What Our Employees Say!

“I love The Brothers of Mercy and what I do as I really get to appreciate life. Every resident tells me a story, either of what they’ve done or what they wish they could of when they were my age, and they tell me how much they love and appreciate what I am doing, and if they don’t know it’s me they think it’s another staff member that has done just the same. This job is fulfilling, and I love every part of it, I know I’m making a difference and those around me never left me forget that even on the challenging days” — Miranda

“I love the beautiful friendships that I’ve built with the staff and the residents and I love to help and make sure that everyone is safe happy. I’ve always been a helper and I’ve always been a caregiver it’s my passion and my purpose.” — Carly

“I love taking care of our residents  and making them feel loved and cared for in their new home. The Brothers of Mercy has been a great facility to work at, and I love the team I have been fortunate to work with.” — Luke

“The Brothers of Mercy has given me to opportunity to learn and grow in health care. The opportunity to have my training here while having support to attend nursing school – I am so grateful! I learn a lot from my floor nurses and supervisors that will continue to help me grow. I love caring for my residents and being able to make a difference. I enjoy getting to know my residents and it makes me happy when they are happy. Long-term care has shown me so much — the importance of caring for our elders, showing grace, patience and compassion.” — Bonnie
