Recognizing Our Volunteers of the Year!

Kitty Strickland from Clarence

Kitty has been a Gift Shop Volunteer since January 2013. She has given more than 2,500 hours of her time making sure the shop is open.

She comes in every Tuesday and Friday, twice a week and absolutely loves her volunteer assignment. She is so friendly, reliable, and loves it when people come in to shop or visit; she always has a kind word. We are so happy to honor Kitty with this special award. We are blessed that she has been part of our volunteer family for 12 years.

Brian Anderson from Clarence

Brian started volunteering in February 2024 and has contributed more than 400 hours of service to the Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He comes in at least once a week and wheels residents and patients to and from scheduled in-house salon and therapy appointments. He is very thorough and completes his volunteer assignments with great importance. He also helps with the sales and marketing of The Brothers of Mercy muffuletta mix. We are so delighted to honor Brian with this award!
