How did you hear about our clinic? 
My mother-in-law came here when it first opened. She had previously worked with Lauren for short term rehab, so when we saw on TV that the clinic was now open, we started her here.

What made you choose Brothers of Mercy for therapy?
We live close by and I’m used to the therapists, so when I had a need for physical therapy, I knew where to call. They give great care here.

Have you ever needed therapy services in the past? If yes, how has your experience been different at this clinic?
Yes, I actually worked with James somewhere else. I like that it’s more one on one here. They pay attention to what you’re doing and you never feel forgotten.

What advice would you give to someone who is unsure about starting a therapy program?
Come here and get evaluated! It’s important to listen to your therapists. They know what’s best and have a plan for you.

How would you sum up your overall impression of the clinic’s atmosphere, the quality of therapy services you have received and the expertise of the staff?
The clinic is always clean. The staff are not only pleasant but qualified. They do a great job guiding you so you can get better.
