Meet Rose ~ The First Client at Our Outpatient Therapy Clinic in Jan. 2018!

Q: How did you hear about our clinic?
I was anxious for the clinic to open in 2018. In October 2016, I had a broken femur and had inpatient physical therapy at the Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, so I was very familiar with the rehabilitation staff there.

Q: What made you choose The Brothers of Mercy for therapy?
The staff is great. All the therapists treat everyone so well there. They helped me with my back and shoulder issues. It was a great addition to the facility. The timing worked out that I was the first client there six years ago, in January 2018.

Q: Have you ever needed therapy services in the past? If yes, how has your experience been different at this clinic?
I had therapy at another clinic before. With The Brothers of Mercy, the 1-on-1 sessions for one hour were outstanding! They really care for all of the clients. They know everyone’s name and they get to know you through the personalized attention they provide at every session. I always felt I had the staff’s full attention during my therapy sessions and vice versa.

Q: What advice would you give to someone who is unsure about starting a therapy program?
I would say for them to just try it. They will like the staff and the clinic. I have talked to numerous friends who had therapy there as well, and they all liked their therapy there very much.
