How did you hear about our clinic?
I’m an employee here and I heard that co-pays are waived for employees and their family members with a Brothers of Mercy insurance plan.

What made you choose Brothers of Mercy for therapy?
I’ve been a patient multiple times because of the quality of therapy. It is also an easy choice because of the convenience of coming to therapy before or after work or during my lunch break.

Have you ever needed therapy services in the past? If yes, how has your experience been different at this clinic?
The one-on-one treatment and caring attitude makes a difference. The therapists are truly invested in your progress and goals. Everyone is friendly, even the support staff.

What advice would you give to someone who is unsure about a therapy program?
Don’t put off a therapy program recommended by your doctor. The sooner you start, the more progress you will see. Improvement will only occur if you put the effort in. Trust the therapists to set up an individualized program and progress at a speed that suits you.

How would you sum up your overall impression of the clinic’s atmosphere, the quality of therapy services you have received and the expertise of the staff?
The clinic is always clean, the equipment is well maintained and appropriate for numerous diagnoses. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve come multiple times and have had good progress each time I’ve been here.
