How did you hear about our clinic?
My mother lived at the skilled nursing facility for many years so I heard about the addition of the outpatient clinic around the time it first opened.

What made you choose The Brothers of Mercy for therapy?

The Brothers of Mercy has a good reputation for therapy. My mother, aunt, and sister have all had success with therapy programs here. I also thought I could visit my aunt while on campus before or after my physical therapy sessions.

Have you ever needed therapy services in the past? If yes, how has your experience been different at this clinic?
Yes, I have done therapy at another clinic and I really liked it there so I would say that this clinic is very similar. Although I travel a bit of a distance to get here, this location is more convenient for me than the last.

What advice would you give to someone who is unsure about starting a therapy program?
My advice would be to read through reviews and testimonials as well as talk to people who have had therapy so you know what to expect.

In a few words, how would you sum up your overall impression of the clinic’s atmosphere, the quality of therapy services you have received and the expertise of the staff?
You guys are stellar! I would describe the staff as kind, patient, gentle and professional. There is a family atmosphere here with a concern about treating people as a whole being versus just getting the job done. I like that the staff share personal experiences and hold conversations throughout treatment. It makes it a more comfortable place to receive physical therapy.
