October Client of the Month for Outpatient Therapy Clinic

Meet Susan Villiers, Our Client of the Month!

How did you hear about our clinic?
My primary physician recommended I come to The Brothers of Mercy Outpatient Clinic for PT.

What made you choose The Brothers of Mercy for therapy?
The Brothers of Mercy has a great reputation for other things and I live nearby so it was an obvious choice for me.

Have you ever needed therapy services in the past? If yes, how has your experience been different at this clinic?
Yes, I have. At the other clinic, multiple people were treated by one therapist. I like the one-on-one attention here. It allows the therapist to focus on my form and keep me company while I perform my exercises.

What advice would you give to someone who is unsure about starting a therapy program?
Therapy is necessary in some situations. If you don’t do the therapy, you may not recover fully.

In a few words, how would you sum up your overall impression of the clinic’s atmosphere, the quality of therapy services you have received and the expertise of the staff?
I like the people that work here. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. It’s an enjoyable place to come for therapy.
