What made you choose The Brothers of Mercy for therapy?
I hurt myself at work and wanted to keep things in check by doing PT here too so everything is all in one system.

If you have not participated in outpatient therapy before, what were your expectations prior to coming to the clinic?
I didn’t know how intense it would be. I knew this would be the road to recovery but its way more challenging than I thought.

What advice would you give to someone who is unsure about starting a therapy program?
Just do it. The things you do in PT cannot hurt you but you can overdo it. If you listen to how to correctly do the exercises, you will learn what needs to be done. It’s also really important to do the exercises at home if you want to get better.

How would you sum up your overall impression of the clinic’s atmosphere, the quality of therapy services you have received and the expertise of the staff?
Everything is 10 out of 10. It really feels like personalized care. They make you feel comfortable, like family. Everything is very goal oriented.
