How did you hear about our clinic?
I heard about the outpatient clinic from other residents at Montabaur Heights and noticed the location while visiting my aunt in the nursing home.

What made you choose The Brothers of Mercy for therapy?
I live on campus so it is very convenient. I can leave 3 minutes before my appointment and be on time! I chose to move to the Brothers of Mercy campus because my aunt and grandmother have lived on campus and I was looking for somewhere where I can age in place.

Have you ever needed therapy services in the past? If yes, how has your experience been different at this clinic?
I think the facility itself is open and welcoming. I like the one on one attention that you don’t always find at other clinics. I’m looking to stay with clinicians that get to know me and my diagnosis.

What advice would you give to someone who is unsure about starting a therapy program?
I often tell people to come for an evaluation before seeking a specialist. If therapy can help, it saves your time and money.

How would you sum up your overall impression of the clinic’s atmosphere, the quality of therapy services you have received and the expertise of the staff?
The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff took the time to learn about me and my needs so I feel comfortable. I also like that you check for progress monthly. I have been very satisfied with my time here.
