What made you choose The Brothers of Mercy for therapy?
The convenience of location, as it is right here on campus. I also had a friend come here years ago that was pleased with her experience.

If you have not participated in outpatient therapy before, what were your expectations prior to coming to the clinic?
I thought I would learn something to help me improve my function. I want to be as independent as possible. 

What advice would you give to someone who is unsure about starting a therapy program?
Take care of yourself.

How would you sum up your overall impression of the clinic’s atmosphere, the quality of therapy services you have received and the expertise of the staff?
Everyone is friendly and concerned about my progress. You are all very personable and try to help us gain abilities to be as independent as possible.

Marjorie is such an inspiration to all of us! She is 101 years old and opted to have therapy in an outpatient setting, which can be more challenging than participating in home health. As a retired nurse, she understands the benefit of maintaining mobility and independence, no matter your age!
