How did you hear about our clinic?
I was here three years ago with occupational therapy for carpel tunnel and had good results, so it made sense to come back when I needed PT.

What made you choose Brothers of Mercy for therapy?
It’s very convenient for me because I work here! My ortho said I could choose anywhere, so I knew I would come back to The Brothers of Mercy.

If you have not participated in outpatient therapy before, what were your expectations prior to coming to the clinic?
I was in pain and wanted to be pain free but was skeptical of the results. I am so pleased to not require medication or surgery to feel better. That was my goal and therapy is helping me to achieve that.

What advice would you give to someone who is unsure about starting a therapy program?
Try it. If you don’t like it, there are always other avenues such as medication or seeking out a pain management specialist. It is important to be patient and give it time because the results are not always instant.

How would you sum up your overall impression of the clinic’s atmosphere, the quality of therapy services you have received and the expertise of the staff?
It is a calm and professional environment where you receive excellent care. I have a whole new respect for the profession and what can be done to help the healing process.
