“When I received the tour from the admissions director, it was great that she really knew everybody in all the departments and floors. The staff is very attentive to all the residents and patients. I don’t see any employees distracted by cell phones. We were very pleased with everything there in her transition to the building. My mother is settling in with the care team. She is happy and content and has found the food to be a lot better. I haven’t heard any complaints from her. The building is very clean and has no odors. I like how there is a tally on the first floor of the staff and the level of care. It’s been a great step for her. She is feeling better and I don’t have any concerns with the care she is receiving.”

We are a 5-Star rated facility and the only senior nursing facility with over 240 beds in all of Western New York to earn this exceptional distinction. As a resident at any one of our facilities, you or a loved one will always have priority access to multiple lifestyles and care options, even if needs change.
