The Brothers of Mercy Presents Free Health Care Seminar at Sacred Heart Home on August 21

Kirsten Butterfoss, PharmD, BCGP, to Give Medication Management Presentation

The Brothers of Mercy Wellness Campus is presenting a free community health care seminar on Wednesday, August 21 from 5:30-7 p.m. The lecture by independent pharmacy consultant Kirsten Butterfoss, PharmD, BCGP (Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist), is titled “Safe Medication Management in Older Adults” and will be held at Sacred Heart Home Assisted Living & Memory Care at 4526 Ransom Road in Clarence.

Following a question and answer period, attendees will be able to meet staff and take a tour of Sacred Heart Home’s Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Light refreshments will be provided.
