About Us

5-Star Continuing Care Campus for Western New Yorkers

The Brothers of Mercy’s nonprofit, faith-based mission has been serving Western New Yorkers since 1924. Our dedicated, compassionate health care services are continually recognized for excellence.

Our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is 5-Star Medicare-rated facility and was named a “Best Nursing Home for 2024” by the annual U.S. News & World Report. It was also recognized on Newsweek’s “America’s Best Nursing Homes List” for New York State.

Our Sacred Heart Home Assisted Living & Memory Care Community is ranked as a Best Memory Care Facility by U.S. News & World Report for our dedicated care and stellar enrichment program for all residents living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
